Equality & Diversity
Rapha Haven proudly embraces the principles of Equality and Diversity and welcomes service users from diverse religious, cultural, ethnic and sexuality backgrounds including those who have been given refugee status who fall into the category of being vulnerable.
Safety & Security
We run 24-hour shifts with our staff working on flexible shift pattern with premises manned 24/7. For the security of the service users, staff and our premises, Rapha Havens accommodation has CCTV covering both back to front of the houses as well as the communal areas.
Care Planning
A highly detailed care planning system is operated based on a thorough pre placement assessment. This way, we can develop with the service user, agreed targets and be more specific about the outcomes we want to see for them.
Trusted Care Services
At Rapha Haven, our provisions offer two types of care and support services. Our Cedar House residence provides residential care for children aged between 8-17 years of age.
Mahogany House provides a CQC regulated, supported living provision for adults aged 18-65 years of age who may have been diagnosed with mild to moderate learning disabilities.
