With a dedicated staff team in place our  goal each day is to ensure that the children's needs are not only met but are exceeded through the care, support and encouragement of our trusted support staff.

We have a diverse and skilled staff team who work closely with our young people, families, social workers, medical professionals and others to ensure the right plans are in place to achieve the best possible outcomes.   All staff of Rapha Haven are either trained or achieving recognised national training awards, alongside having experience in working with vulnerable children.
